TBKK ESG Policy บริษัทฯมุ่งมั่นที่จะขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจให้เจริญเติบโตโดยให้ความสำคัญต่อการดำเนินงานภายใต้บริบทความยั่งยืน (SDGs) ด้วยนโยบาย ESG (Environment-Social Responsibility-Governance) ที่ครอบคลุมผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทั้งภายในและภายนอก Value Chain ทั้งโลจิสติกส์ Input-Process-Output โดยมุ่งเน้นที่จะสร้างค่าให้กับทุกภาคส่วน "ด้วยหลักสุจริตใจ"
มิติด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม เราตระหนักถึงความรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมในทุกระบบงานโดยมีการควบคุมปริมาณการปล่อยสารพิษและการปล่อยมลพิษจากกระบวนการผลิตอย่างเป็นระบบ ตลอดจนคำนึงถึงความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพและการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่าเพื่อประหยัดพลังงานให้สูงสุด
มิติด้านสังคม เรามุ่งเน้นการคำนึงถึงสิทธิมนุษยชนที่ตลอดโซ่อุปทานขององค์กร ให้ความสำคัญกับมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัยและสุขภาวะที่ดีในที่ทำงานของพนักงาน จัดการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะ และจัดโครงการสนับสนุนความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของพนักงาน รวมทั้งมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้มีส่วนได้เสียและคืนประโยชน์กลับไปยังชุมชน
